What's the most obsessive-compulsive thing you do in a normal day?

I am nearly compulsive about organizing my emails at work. I have this thing where I only keep "open" issues in my Inbox. Everything else gets filed immediately. I have hundreds of folders in my Outlook at work and I can typically find any email that was ever sent to me within 2 minutes. Co-workers tease me because my Inbox is always so cleared out.
